1Which subscription should I choose?
In most cases, the Easy Rider subscription is the simplest and best solution if you just want to showcase great VR videos to your clients. However, if you want to customize the experience with your branding, connect more than 25 headsets, or add your own content to our selection, the enterprise custom solution might be a better fit.
2Does the subscription include a VR headset?
No, the subscription to the app does not include a headset. You can purchase headsets via Pico or Meta. We recommend the Quest 2, 3 and Pico 4.
3Does the app require an active internet connection?
The app requires an active internet connection only for downloading your selected videos. Once downloaded, you can use the app with your clients without an internet connection. To remotely control the devices with a tablet or phone you do need a WiFi or local network.
4What kind of tablet can I use as a remote for the headsets?
You can use any new tablet (released after 2022) as a remote controller. iPads and Samsung tablets are preferred and have been thoroughly tested.
5How often do you add new videos?
New content will be uploaded on a monthly basis. Our library is continuously expanding.
6Can I request a certain video to be added?
You certainly can! We review all requests and consider them when expanding our content library.
7Are you planning to add other languages?
Yes, we’re already working on this and will be adding Spanish, French, German, and Chinese in the near future.
8Are transcripts to the videos available so I can use them for my classes?

If a transcript is missing that means it's not yet available.
